Reservations
1 to 3 kids/ 4 hours minimum
$50
For any reservation hours between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., an additional charge of $38.00 per hour will be applied only to the hours after 1:00 a.m.
Holiday Rates. Additional $25.00 surcharge per hour for the following holidays: Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve after 5:00 p.m., Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve after 5:00 p.m. and New Year’s Day.
4-8 kids/ 4 hours minimum
$100
For any reservation hours between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., an additional charge of $76.00 per hour will be applied only to the hours after 1:00 a.m.
Holiday Rates. Additional $50.00 surcharge per hour for the following holidays: Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve after 5:00 p.m., Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve after 5:00 p.m. and New Year’s Day.
Reserving
Reservations require at least 48 hours notice
4 hour minimum for reservations for any date
Payment is due when your reservation is confirmed. We cannot guarantee a childcare professional until invoices are paid.
Clients will be charged with the card on file if they cancel in less than 24 hours of their scheduled service.
Cancellations / Delayed Returns
If you cancel your reservation 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as we must compensate our childcare professionals fairly.
For your convenience we have a 15 minute grace period for delayed returns.
Payment is due when your reservation is confirmed, we cannot guarantee a childcare professional until invoices are paid.
