Requirements

Nanny Reserve seeks individuals with diverse skills who are dedicated and passionate about caring for children, and who consistently uphold the highest standards of excellence and professionalism.

Minimum of 3 Years of Recent Professional Childcare Experience (At Least 2 of Which Must Have Been as Either a Professional Nanny in a Private Home, a Pre-K-12 Teacher, or a Behavior Interventionist)
Impeccable Childcare References
Ability To Make a 1-Year Commitment To a Family
Must be a Resident of Florida for Florida-based Positions *Out-of-Area Candidates open to Nationwide Placement are Welcome
High School Diploma (4-Year College Degree or Child Development/Psychology-Related Coursework Preferred)

Proficient in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
Clean Criminal Record
Strong Driving Record
CPR & First Aid Certified (Or Willing To Complete Certification Upon Hire)
Fully Comfortable being Legally Employed
Non-Smoker
Legal to Work in the U.S.
