Reservations

1 to 4 kids/ 4 hours minimum

$200

For any reservation hours between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., an additional charge of $38.00 per hour will be applied only to the hours after 1:00 a.m.
Holiday Rates. Additional $25.00 surcharge per hour for the following holidays: Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve after 5:00 p.m., Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve after 5:00 p.m. and New Year’s Day.

5-8 kids/ 4 hours minimum

$400

For any reservation hours between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., an additional charge of $76.00 per hour will be applied only to the hours after 1:00 a.m.
Holiday Rates. Additional $50.00 surcharge per hour for the following holidays: Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve after 5:00 p.m., Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve after 5:00 p.m. and New Year’s Day.

Reserving

Reservations require 12 hours notice
4 hour minimum for reservations for any date
Payment is due when your reservation is confirmed, we cannot guarantee a childcare professional until invoices are paid.
We will only charge the client if they cancel in less than 24 hrs of their service. All this info before they book us. We want to be as transparent as possible.

Cancellations / Delayed Returns

If you cancel your reservation 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as we must compensate our childcare professionals fairly.
For your convenience we have a 15 minute grace period for delayed returns.
