You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. Nannies must meet all requirements of our 10-Point NannyScreen Process.
3. Service Description
Nanny Reserve connects families with vetted, professional nannies. We are not a direct employer of the nannies unless stated otherwise. Families and nannies enter into their own work agreements.
4. User Responsibilities

Communicate scheduling or cancellations in a timely manner

Represent themselves honestly and professionally

Maintain TrustLine registration and background clearance

Provide dependable and attentive care
5. Bookings and Payments
All bookings must be made through Nanny Reserve. Payments are processed securely. Cancellations and rescheduling may be subject to our cancellation policy (provided at the time of booking).
6. Screening Process
All nannies undergo our proprietary 10-Point NannyScreen Process. While we take great care in vetting, we do not guarantee future behavior or outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nanny Reserve is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to childcare issues, miscommunication, or personal injury. We encourage all parties to maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (logos, images, text) is the property of Nanny Reserve and may not be used without permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
